You must provide accurate and complete information, and you authorize us and our third‑party service provider to contact you regarding your booking.
3.2 Payment Terms
Service fees will be displayed during booking. For subscription packages, fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by our payment processors through Housecall Pro or other third‑party services. Payment is due at the time of booking, and all payments are non‑refundable except as required by law or specifically stated in these Terms. If a credit card charge fails, we may reschedule or cancel your appointment.
3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment through the booking platform or by contacting us directly. For subscription packages, you may cancel at any time; however, we do not prorate unused portions of monthly packages. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or staff illness). We will attempt to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
4. User Responsibilities
Safe access. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our staff or subcontractors and to maintain a safe working environment.
Accurate information. You agree that all information you provide (e.g., name, address, phone number, billing details and project descriptions) is complete and accurate. If any information changes, you must update it promptly.
